It is with great pride and profound joy that the entire Oinking on the River organization congratulates team members Alan Geren and Melissa Cheney who were joined in marriage this past Wednesday, December 27, 2006. Team member John (JC) Chivian raised his glass in a toast to the newlyweds.

May your house be a place of peace and sanctuary when the world rages around you, may your lives abound with the happiness and joy that togetherness brings, may your hearts be full of the love that can only come from each other, and may God bless you and keep you this day, and all the days, until he brings you both home."

The happy couple is apparently planning a spectacular ten week honeymoon that will take them to Paris, Madrid, Milan, Sydney, Tokyo, Maui and San Francisco before returning home just in time for the second annual Que'in on the Red BBQ competition in Alexandria, Louisiana this March.
