Looking to begin 2010 with a bang, Oinking on the River announced today that the team would be returning for the 5th annual Que'in on the Red Barbecue Cooking Competition at North Levee Park in Alexandria, Louisiana in March. Team lead and head cook JR Harris made the announcement at a press conference.

"You know we had so much fun in Alexandria in 2006 when we were invited to compete in the inaugual competition that we just felt it was time to return. The city was great, the event was fantastic, and the team core just thought we owed it to ourselves to go back. We had great success the first time finishing at second place in ribs and third place in poultry and frankly we're looking to do it again, this time coming back with the top prize."
